Ordering Policies

Minimum Order

The only minimums we have are on cutting vinyl, where A4 series is a 10-yard minimum and A6 series is a 5-yard minimum.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We gladly accept COD orders for $9.50 charge within the United States payable with a cashier’s check or money order (applications for company checks must be approved prior to shipment) for orders of $1000 or less. Credit is available for supplies and media pending approval through our Accounting department.

Shipping Methods

Place your order by 2:00 p.m. PST, and your order should ship same day depending on availability. Standard shipping for most orders is UPS, unless otherwise requested or required. Shipping and handling rates are based on order weight and UPS zones. Shipping on orders of more than $300 is free in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Shipping outside of the continental U.S. is charged actual freight.

Performance Sign Products is not responsible for UPS, FedEx or other carrier errors. You must report all damage claims to the delivering carrier.

Return Policy

If we have made a mistake or an item is defective and you wish to return it, call 1-800-340-4777. We will gladly exchange the item, credit your account or refund your money within 30 days upon receipt of returned merchandise. You must have an RMA number (return material authorization number) before sending any item back to us. RMA’s are valid for 10 days from issuance. Items received with an expired RMA number will be refused. ALL PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.

Returns that are not due to our error will be subject to the following restocking fees:

25% on items returned for exchange or credit

30% on items returned for credit if:

  1. They are not in their original packaging box.
  2. Their original packing boxes have been defaced or written on.
  3. All accessories and packaging materials are not returned.

No credit issued for any item damaged beyond repair.

All returns must be shipped back in original packaging and in “like new” condition with accessories. Items for return must be shipped to Performance Sign Products, insured for full value against loss or damage, using UPS, FEDEX, or other traceable carrier. We cannot accept COD shipments.

Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges are non-refundable.

You must inform us about defects, shortages, and exceptions within 5 days from receipt or order is considered complete. There are no returns after 30 days.

You must follow the detailed RMA instructions below:

  1. Shipping Label. Within 10 days of obtaining your RMA number, complete the RMA shipping label and provide RMA number, customer name, and company name and account number. Fold the shipping label and tape securely on box.  ALL PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.
  2. Packing Materials. Please include all packing materials (Styrofoam, bubble wrap, foam end pieces, etc.)
  3. Boxing the Return. All items must be returned in Original Manufacturer’s Box. If you do not have the Original Manufacturer’s Box, you can purchase a box to be shipped to you for return of merchandise. Both the box and shipping are non-refundable. Should you attempt to return the merchandise by any other means, you will be solely responsible for any and all damages and losses.
  4. Insure Your Shipment. It is recommended that you insure the returned merchandise for it’s full value. Performance Sign Products is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged.
  5. All Returns Must be Prepaid. No COD deliveries will be accepted.
  6. Shipping Returns. All returns must be shipped by traceable means such as UPS, FedEx, Airborne, etc… Should you choose to use US Mail, you must insure the returned merchandise and make sure the shipment is traceable. Performance Sign Products is not responsible for any item(s) that are not sent back by any method other than requested above.

Backorder Policy

We do our best to maintain adequate inventory of every item in our store. (Except for items marked as “drop ship only”) If we are temporarily out of stock of an item, it may be shipped at a later date as available at no additional charge. Back ordered items being billed to your credit card will not be charged until such time as they are shipped.

We’re proud of our equipment and supply consultants. Staying up to date on the latest sign making technologies to make your business a success, they’ll assist you with your order. Our representatives are available Mon – Thurs 7:30 am – 4:30 pm PST and 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Friday.
