EGX 20 Desktop Engraver

egx20Roland's EGX-20 is an easy to use, yet large and powerful enough to handle a wide variety of engraving jobs. Powerful 15,000 RPM spindle and 8" (x) x 6" (y) x 1.25" (z) give you an excellent machine for promotional items, or any smaller jobs you may have to run including name plates, plaques, awards and personalized items. Active Surface Tracking System prevents scratches on your material by keeping constant engraving depths, on even bowed or non-uniform surfaces. Software includes Roland's Dr. Engrave which allows you to select what type of material to engrave into and automatically adjusts pressure and speed accordingly.

 

EGX 30 Desktop Engraver

egx30Roland's EGX-30 is a cost effective option for coputerized engraving. Spindle speeds up to 10,000 RPM's, 12 by 8 inch work area and surface detection at the touch of a button make this a simple engraver to use. User friendly controls make spindle speed and feed rate easily adjustable. This machine comes with the ability to use the industry standard .125 tools along with a diamond drag tool option that enables engraving into softer metals and brass. Dr. Engrave 2D software also comes with this machine.

The EGX-350's proven technology, functionality and versatility combine to make this the most advanced computerized engraving system available at its price. 12 by 9 inch work area and spindle speeds up to 20,000 RPM, with a hand-held control panel with large backlit LCD screen and advanced surface detector. Comes with Roland EngraveStudio software that allows you to generate quality resultes with a real handcarved look.

 

Pro Series EGX 400 + EGX 600

egx400600Roland's Pro series engraver line has the ability to engrave at speeds up to 100 mm / second and 30,000 RPM. Engrave 2D or 3D items. 2 mb data re-plot buffer and sequence I/O control for networking. Both can handle a wide variety of materials, including wood, urethane foam, plastic, acrylic, and light metals such as brass and aluminum. Handles 1/8" or 11/64" tools. EGX-400 is 16"(X) x 12" (Y) x 1.57" (Z) in engraving size and EGX-600 is 24" (X) x 16" (Y) x 1.57" (Z). There is no need for a computer hooked up with the MMC slot for existing designs. Bundled software includes Dr. Engrave, 3D Engrave, Virtual MODELA and MODELA 3D Text. Optional software includes Engravelab and Roland Face Designer.

 

Photo Impact Printer MPX-70

MPX70The newest model in photo impact printing offers you 3 times the speed and 2 times the resolution of the MPX-70. Resolution up to 529 dpi. Prints at speeds up to 55mm/ second. This machine uses a carbide-tipped stylus to strike the surface with high speed and precision. It accurately reproduces the delicate gradations of halftone, line art and/or text and can personalize a pendant in less than 6 minutes. Once set up with the USB port, print in 3 quick steps. .

 

Photo Impact Printer MPX-80

MPX80Imprint photos and text into metals and acrylics up to 529 dpi. Perfect for personalized items & gifts, or identification purposes, including the ability to customize curved objects also. Work area of 3.9" x 3.9" x 1.5" allows larger areas. The MPX-80 permanently imprints text and images into acrylic, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, gold, silver, platinum and metallic stickers. And there's no waste, as the MPX-80 removes no material. Software included is MetazaStudio.
